Many Runelords used the Runic Ghosts as their eyes and ears throughout the entirety of Thassilon. These agent were experts at espionage and ,quite often, in the arts of assassination. The Runic Ghost gains a +1 to all Stealth and Notice rolls. In addition, if attacking a target that is not aware of the attack, he does +2 damage.
